Islamic mentorship and growth for everyone, and a fitness journey fueled by discipline and purpose.
Abu Saad built his first business as a teenager and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Business and IT, followed by a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from an American university in the Middle East.
A fascination with classical Arabic later led him to a deeper understanding of the Quran, a turning point that reshaped the course of his life.
Along the way, life taught him lessons no classroom ever could: that real strength comes from bearing hardship with patience and emotional clarity. Today, he channels that same discipline into business and fitness, mentoring others to do the same.
Twenty years of natural lifting have shaped Abu Saad's approach to fitness: consistency over shortcuts, patience over hype. His training covers strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and mobility, a complete system built for longevity, not just results.
For him, fitness and faith are inseparable. A strong body is a means to worship better, and, if Allah permits, to keep doing so well into old age. The discipline of the gym becomes the discipline of prayer.
Beyond his own training, Abu Saad is building a brotherhood for men chasing the same goal: real strength, inside and out.
Feedback from Lowering the Gaze, a three-hour short course.
"The course completely shifted my perspective from seeing gaze control as a restrictive rule to viewing it as a powerful form of self-protection."
"The biggest change I noticed was an increased mindfulness in my daily routine, particularly around digital content and public spaces. Instead of letting my focus wander passively, I now actively practice conscious visual boundaries."
"It was really an eman boosting experience, and totally justifies its title, Lowering the Gaze."
"Ever since Abu Saad said that Allah is watching you no matter where you are, and that this awareness will protect you from sins, it has made such an impact on my mindset."
Follow along across both accounts.
